Focused on social and interpersonal skills, this pillar teaches students the importance of collaboration
and effective teamwork.
Through group activities, students learn how to communicate clearly, work cooperatively, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. This helps them build strong, positive relationships and develop the
ability to work well with others in various settings.
PILLAR 3: COLLABORATION, TEAMWORK, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
This pillar teaches strategies for managing stress, building mental toughness, and promoting physical
and emotional wellness.
Activities include mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, posture improvement, and breathing
exercises, all aimed at helping students maintain balance and thrive in their daily lives.
